Gail has many years of experience working within the fitness industry - at the forefront of fitness, progressing and updating knowledge with science and trend to achieve spectacular fitness gains and results. Gail and her team offer intensive training packages travelling worldwide with clients. Working on projects within the tv and film world to health and rehab advice within the local community. 
 

Gail is devoted to her work and is committed to making sure that her clients receive the best health and fitness advice and programming to achieve their desired goals. 

Gail says "every 'body' is different and should be trained personally. My ultimate client goal is for their fitness to allow the very best quality of life. Whatever phase of life or health we start in we can always achieve that objective."



The biggest weight loss winner of 2010 was Gill Rice, who blasted a 5 stone target loss.

 

I have trained with Gail for 5 years.

I suffer with Fybromyalgia and with Gail's exercise and nutritional advice I have achieved challenges such as the New York Marathon and managed my condition tremendously well.

Hi Gail,

I am sitting here crossing my legs as I am drinking so much water! I just wanted to take this time to say I really can't believe how much fitter, healthier and slimmer I have become. I came to you as I am soon approaching 40yrs old. Aaah.

I wanted to mostly tone up and lose some weight. I really thought that it would happen overnight and of course it doesn't. Between us we have worked really hard at the healthier eating and training. Your support and motivation has been brilliant and i thank you for continuing to help me reach my goal. One of the biggest lessons i have learnt though is that you really have to want the 'change' and 'believe' you can do it.

I used to go to the gym and just do cardio. I could run but didn’t feel that I was going anywhere - not changing shape or losing weight. I’ve been working with Gail since January and have been losing 1kg a week. I ran 10km last week for the first time and really look forward to the different torture/training (delete as applicable) sessions that Gail puts me through each week and reaching my next goal.
